The Cryogenics & Compressed Gas Facility (CGF) supplies cryogenic liquids, gases, and dry ice across campus and outside the University. With its knowledgeable and experienced team, the Facility is the designated provider for all such products at the UA.

The Cryogenics & Compressed Gas Facility (CGF) supplies cryogenic liquids, gases, and dry ice across campus and outside the University. With its knowledgeable and experienced team, the Facility is the designated provider for all such products at the UA.

The Facility is unique in regard to the availability of products and delivery quantities, whether It’s one or 500 pounds of dry ice, one or 1,000 liters of liquid helium, nitrogen, or argon. The Facility also sells, installs and repairs hard goods such as cryogenic equipment and associated compressed gas delivery systems.

The Facility offers same-day delivery for most products, and placing orders is via a simple web-based ordering system.

The Cryogenics and Compressed Gas Facility regularly supports researchers in the UA’s College of Medicine and College of Science, among others. The Facility also supports industry partners such as those dedicated to medical and optical research and development.
